Llama Building Progress Photos Llama Package Final Comments: Some difficulties and lessons that we encountered with laser cutting and building the llama package were: Matching the dimension of the llama's body to the secondary inner component, as well as the poster paper. Printing the Rhino files on regular paper to visualize actual dimensions before laser cutting might be helpful for future projects. Understanding the requirements for the laser cutter, such as the maximum size of the paper that can be placed in the machine, arranging the parts on Rhino so there is a 5mm border, and all items are at least 2mm (to avoid burning away while being laser cut) Grouping the cut and score lines to ensure they move all together when arranging them for print Proper gluing techniques are used so the paper tabs stay together and don't fall off later.
